Multi-channel RF Processing board delivered to customer
We successfully delivered multi-channel RF signal processing boards to our customer. The order from the Government of India was subcontracted to us for design, development and testing. On the other side, the delivered product would be a part of a much larger system.
A single RF signal processing board consists of four down-converting mixers capable of up to 6 GHz inputs. Additionally, there are four quadrature modulators whose outputs are filtered to output narrow-band signals. The power section on the board can take 80V to 300V AC input and generate the necessary DC voltages required to power all the mixers and modulators on the board.
A well-designed RF PCB guarantees minimum cross-coupling between the different RF channels that are sitting adjacent to each other. With years of experience in RF circuit design, our team ensured the design met all required specifications of the customer. Furthermore, the same experience also allowed us to get the design “right the first time“. We don’t believe in “failure is the stepping stone to success”, rather, with proper vision and direction, we eliminate the option of failure!
